Common Misconceptions About Boudoir Photography:

I (MEANING YOU) HAVE TO BE NAKED

Not true! Boudoir is about empowerment, not discomfort. Whether you choose lingerie, a sexy dress, or something else entirely, it’s all about what makes you feel amazing. You are in complete control of how much you want to reveal. You set the boundaries, and I respect them. If dancing in your birthday suit feels freeing, go for it—but it’s entirely your choice.

I’M NOT PERFECT

Perfection is a myth. You are beautiful just as you are. I’ve photographed women of all shapes, sizes, and ages, and every session is a unique collaboration that produces stunning results. Don’t let societal standards hold you back—boudoir photography helps break those chains. Plus, here’s a fun offer: if you book now and later achieve a weight-loss goal, I’ll discount 1% of my fee for every pound lost within the next year when you book another session. (Lose 100 pounds? The next shoot is on me!)

I’LL BE JUDGED FOR IT

Absolutely not. Boudoir photography is personal, intimate, and deeply empowering. Vulnerability is part of the process, but judgment has no place here. Whether you feel powerful in silk lingerie or a superhero cape, I’m here to capture your version of confidence and beauty—always without judgment.

MALE BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE CREEPS

I get it—this can be a concern. One of my clients, initially wary, trusted me after encouragement from my biggest fan (my wife!). Now, she’s a loyal client who wouldn’t hire anyone else. I maintain professionalism with female assistants and a strict code of ethics. My reputation and client testimonials speak for themselves.

EVERYONE IS GOING TO SEE MY PHOTOS

Only if you want them to. You have full control over what images are shared. After your session, you select your favorites and decide which (if any) I can use for promotional purposes. No photo is ever posted or shared without your explicit, written consent—not even with my wife!

I DON’T HAVE SOMEONE (BOYFRIEND/HUSBAND) TO DO THIS FOR
