I’m shy but want to take boudoir photos as a gift. Can you help me feel comfortable?
Of course! Boudoir and fine art nude photography are popular gifts for many occasions. My job is to create a relaxed, fun, and memorable experience for you.
I’ve never been in a pro studio and don’t look like a supermodel. Any advice?
Beauty comes in many forms, and boudoir photography is all about celebrating your unique allure. Every session is thoughtfully planned to highlight your personality using flattering lighting, poses, and styling. Forget the glossy magazine stereotypes—most magic comes from great angles, expert lighting, and thoughtful composition. We’ll work together to find the style that’s perfect for you!
What is the process for a typical studio session?
Your final, professionally edited photos are ready within 1-2 weeks, depending on the product. You can also opt for unedited digital files if you prefer third-party retouching.
Should I bring ideas and samples?
Yes! While we’ll provide plenty of creative direction, bringing your own ideas or inspirations helps us tailor the shoot to your vision.
Will my images be kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. We’ll never share your images without your explicit permission, and a confidentiality agreement is available upon request.
Do you guarantee satisfaction?
Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your session and can’t find any images you love, we’ll take another 30 shots at no extra charge (same day only). This guarantee applies to studio photography.
What are your consultation and phone hours?
We’re available by phone from 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Sunday. Since consultations and sessions are by appointment, please call ahead. If you reach our voicemail, leave a message, and we’ll respond promptly.
When are you available for photo sessions?
We offer appointments Monday through Sunday from 9 AM to 9 PM, with a final start time of 7 PM. Evening sessions are great for busy professionals, and we’ll do our best to accommodate special scheduling requests.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! A free consultation is the perfect way to discuss your ideas and get familiar with the studio before booking. Call 901-483-5726 to schedule.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your session, applied to your final balance. The remainder is due on the session day. On-location sessions must be paid in full in advance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and checks for advance payments.
What’s your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
We require at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule without a fee. Less than 7 days’ notice incurs a $50 fee. Cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of your deposit. We strive to be flexible and rarely enforce these policies.
Do you shoot on-location?
Yes! Contact us to discuss details and availability.
When can I view my images? What’s the turnaround time?
Proofs are available digitally the same day. Retouched prints and final images take 1-4 weeks, depending on the product.

Yes, for an additional fee. Call us to check availability.
Can I publish my images?
Yes! Unless marked as confidential, you have unlimited rights to publish your photos.
How long do you store images?

Absolutely! Bring someone if it helps you feel more comfortable.

What matters most in professional photography—megapixels or backdrops?
Neither! The secret is people skills. A great photographer knows how to relax clients, control lighting, pose effectively, and bring creative vision to life. That’s what turns a snapshot into art. Choose an experienced professional to help you shine.
Do you offer any accessories, props and costumes for boudoir, pin-up and beauty photo sessions?
Do you provide props, accessories, and wardrobe options?
Yes, we have a wide variety of props, accessories, and backgrounds available. However, we recommend bringing most of your own lingerie and clothing for the shoot. Our wardrobe can be used to accent your look if necessary. If you have specific prop or location needs, we are happy to acquire special props or research an appropriate setting to suit your concept. We believe that backgrounds, props, and fashion should enhance the shoot rather than dictate it. What better excuse to go shopping? If in doubt, bring a full suitcase! It’s better to have too much than too little. Bring a variety of styles, sexy heels, and plenty of accessories. During your consultation and before the session, we’ll suggest the most appropriate fashion for your unique shoot. Call us today at 901-483-5726 to discuss your ideas and needs.
How can I prepare myself to get the most out of a photo session?
Plan, prepare, and relax! Planning ahead ensures you have everything you need before the shoot. Consider going shopping, getting a manicure, or doing something that helps you unwind before your shoot date. Avoid scheduling a session on an already busy day—give yourself buffer time before and after to avoid feeling rushed. Eat a small meal, stay hydrated, and get a good night’s sleep before the session. If you’ve booked a larger package, take the day off and enjoy a refreshing break while having a fun and creative photo experience.
Should I get a haircut or tan right before the photo shoot?
We don’t recommend it unless you are 150% certain of the results! Ideally, get a haircut or tan at least 2–3 days before your session. This allows time to correct any issues that may arise, like a bad spray tan, burns from tanning beds, or a haircut that’s too short. Be mindful of tan lines; makeup can help cover them, and we can adjust skin tone and soften lines during post-production. Allowing time for adjustments ensures your photos turn out their best.
Do I need to bring my own makeup?
Yes, please bring your own makeup. This is especially important if you have sensitive skin, a unique skin tone, or prefer specific products. Using your own makeup ensures comfort, consistency, and the best possible look for your session.
Can you “Photoshop” just about anything?
Can you “Photoshop” just about anything?
It depends. Every Photoshop professional will tell you it’s much better and more affordable to get the shot right in the first place. We consider it our duty to produce the best images possible during the shoot. Lighting, environment, skills, experience, and proper planning all matter. Fixing overexposure, bad colors, blurriness, and other issues in post-production leads to long editing hours and often falls short of professional photography standards. As the saying goes: Make a good photograph exceptional in Photoshop, not a poor one acceptable!
Can you remove blemishes, tattoos, or stray hairs?
Yes, we excel at enhancing body and skin appearance. Our retouching services include correcting blemishes, improving overall skin tone, removing tattoos, and more. We always enhance eyes, brighten teeth, minimize wrinkles, and refine other details while maintaining a natural look. We believe retouching should enhance rather than overpower the subject’s character. If retouching is obvious, it’s gone too far. We work closely with clients to determine the style and level of retouching they prefer.
Can you make me look like a supermodel?
Absolutely! Fashion magazines rely heavily on retouching, and we can airbrush and sculpt your photos to achieve a supermodel look. Additional retouching fees may apply, and we provide quotes on a per-image basis. Please inquire for details during your consultation.
Is editing, retouching and airbrushing always included in your prints?
Is editing, retouching, and airbrushing always included in your prints?
Yes, it is always included at no extra cost to you. We strive to capture clean, high-quality images, but even the best shots typically need basic adjustments like color correction, cropping, and retouching. We believe in delivering only the highest-quality images, so every print receives professional editing. For example, if you have dark circles from lack of sleep, we’ll minimize them with retouching. Many photographers and labs print raw images without any corrections—we do not.
Do you offer albums?
Yes! We provide beautifully handcrafted albums in various sizes and colors. Normal turnaround time for albums is 3 weeks. Please contact us for more details.
Do you offer canvas prints or other modern display alternatives?
Absolutely. We offer a range of print options, including canvas gallery wraps and contemporary acrylic and metal prints. Call us at 901-483-5726 for more information.
Can I make my own prints from the digital photos?
Yes! You can purchase retouched digital files to print at a lab of your choice.
Do you offer any cheap “raw” prints without editing, retouching, or airbrushing?
No. However, you can purchase unedited digital files to edit or print anywhere. Be cautious of the print quality from low-cost labs and online services, as we cannot guarantee their results.
Do you offer true black-and-white printing?
Yes. We proudly offer true neutral-tone, archival-quality black-and-white prints using advanced digital-to-analog technology—far superior to mini-lab prints with color casts.
How can I protect my prints from the environment?
Always protect your prints to prevent fading or yellowing. Display them under glass or store them in a dry, dark place. Additionally, keeping a backup of your session is recommended.
Do you offer traditional framing?
No. We recommend using professional framing services in Memphis, as framing is a specialized craft. Quality framing enhances the presentation of your portraits.
What kinds of digital delivery options do you offer?
We offer two types of files: 1) edited and retouched high-resolution files, and 2) edited and retouched web-format files. You can choose individual images for retouching.
Can I view your digital images on my computer? What software do I need?
Yes, digital images can be viewed with any photo viewer or editor. For retouching, we recommend hiring a trained professional, as it takes years to master. Web-optimized files are easily viewable in any web browser.
